Appearance
Opaque, sky blue with white streaks, sometimes included with reddish or blackish impurities. The name is derived from the name of the daughter of Mr. Micheal Mendez, Larissa and the Spanish word for ocean, mar. This form of pectolite is found only in the Dominican Republic and is unlike any other pectolite in the world.
